Practical information

Venue

The workshop will be held at Institut d’Études Scientifiques de Cargèse (IESC), in Corsica. Cargèse village is 15 minutes away from the Institute (map) It is a small workshop, 50 to 60 people. If you are interested, please register as soon as you can to secure your presence.

Fee

There is no workshop fee, but all participants are lodged on-site at a cost of 350 euros (might be less), covering accommodation (5 nights), breakfasts, lunches, and airport shuttle on Sunday 02/11 and Friday 07/11 November. It does not include dinners and travel expenses.

Applications

• Pre-registrations are now open until October 1st, 2025
• You can submit yout 1 page abstract directly during application, talk confirmation or participation will be reviewed within 2 weeks and no later than September 1st.
• To pre-register please follow this link https://iesc-inscriptions.fr, look for the name of school, click on the litte avatar icon (see screenshot below) and follow the steps. You will need to create an account on the iesc website. No payment is required at this stage.
